— 01
SHOCK ABSORBTION
At heel strike, the carbon fiber baseplate absorbs impact, reducing the joint load on the lower extremities.

— 02
SUPPORT & STABILITY
At “footflat,” carbon insoles provide improved support and stability. Torquing or twisting of the foot can lead to injury. Pro Motion insoles help to reduce the chance of that happening.

— 02
ENERGY STORAGE
When you prepare to push off the ground, you bend your foot and “load” the insoles. Passive energy will soon turn to kinetic.

— 04
ENERGY RETURN
Like a spring, the deflected Pro Motion carbon fiber insole wants to return to its natural shape. As you push off, the insoles returns the energy you had stored, propelling you forward or upward with greater force.

What do we mean when we say Pro Motion Insoles can “return energy”?
What do we mean when we say Pro Motion Insoles can “return energy”?
When you run or jump, your foot naturally generates energy with each step. Our Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate that can store some of that energy during foot strike and release it during push-off. This energy return mechanism is intended to support more efficient movement, which may help athletes during explosive actions like sprinting and jumping.
Can I wear my carbon insoles all day long?
Can I wear my carbon insoles all day long?
Yes, you can. They were designed for athletes to be worn for practice and competition. But some people wear their insoles comfortably all day and appreciate the bounce and shock absorption they feel.
Are Pro Motion Insoles comfortable despite the stiff carbon fiber baseplate?
Are Pro Motion Insoles comfortable despite the stiff carbon fiber baseplate?
Yes, our Insoles are designed with comfort in mind. Each insole consists of three carefully engineered layers that are intended to work together to help balance performance and comfort. The bottom layer is a carbon fiber baseplate, which provides the stiffness intended to help support energy return. The top layer is made of high-density closed-cell foam for breathability and durability. Sandwiched between these layers is a low-density closed-cell foam layer that offers flexibility and a soft, cushioned feel.
This multi-layer structure is meant to provide a balance of support, responsiveness, and comfort during long practices, games, or high-impact activity.
